Got this off email news...  I think Judge Jackson doesn't think a great
deal of the M$ defence.... ;-)

"Before Rosen took the stand Tuesday to be questioned by Microsoft's own
attorney, U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson told Microsoft
