[plug] mgetty

I'm trying out mgetty for a dial in line because the wrap sheet said it
would be easy to configure.  I have set the mgetty.config file with the
appropriate details.

When it takes a call I get the following message in /var/log/messages:

cannot set controlling tty (ioctl): Operation not permitted

What do I need to do to fix that?
