[plug] NETSCAPE

I have netscape installed on my machine which connects to a squid cache on
my server.

I installed another workstation today and there is no option for navigator
to connect through a proxy!  Anyone know where it's gone?  The rest of the
install is pretty similar.  Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Also, any recommendations on a web browser thats a bit lighter than Netscape
nav but still handles java etc?
