Gday Brad. I can't help with the KDE side of things but it is certainly
possible for users to be able to mount and unmount drives as specified by
you. There is a tool called 'usermount' that will let you do this on the
drives you mark as user mountable within linuxconf. I think this tool is
in the package 'usermode' but I am not sure of this.
