Copy the autoboot.bat file to your HD and edit it to point to the correct 
image....

I believe the correct line should read:

loadlin autoboot\vmlinuz initrd=C:\misc\src\trees\initrd.img

This will only work if you put a path (eg d:\dosutils\"above line") so it 
points to loadlin on your cd.

Else copy the cd to your HD and edit the file then run from your HD.
