Hi Bob,

I am a Linux "new chum" but I got the same CD from everything linux (I think) and tried an upgrade on top of an existing RH-5.2 system This did not work at all. I suggest
that you back up your application software etc and then do an installation of RH 6.0 taking care to reformat the Native and Swap parttions in the process. This seems to
work O.K. although there are still some glitches in the Gnome Xwindow. My experience is with Linux is rather limited and I have simply accepted what does work O.K. and hope
for a fix or upgrade in the future. Typical of the glitch is if having started the Xwindow (startx) and subsequently loged out back to Consol if I later re-run startx the
Gnome Xwindow gan go bonkers. It may have somethign to do with the Video configuration/ Video card. I have waithing for someone better versed in the problem to make mention
of same. I hope this may assist you.

Bye the way, you were rather keen on OS/2 at one stage as I remember, perhaps you have given up on it. One of its limitations of course was in application software. The last
version of Netscape for OS/2 I know of was 2.02 I think which was much like M$ Netscape ver 3. Did Netscape ever upgrade this and how can I get a copy of same,
