what happened about the proposed training courses (or, didn't happen)?

As they don't appear to have occurred, if you are still in the process 
of designing them, you might be interested in the following, that I 
have just found.

It may be useful, for the course contents, and the course 
descriptions, to use as a model, or to consider, or, whatever.
