[plug] Linux dialup scripting

Hi all,

trying to get the net connection going on Linux.. A major part of the M$
"getaway"..

If anyone has experience with dialup scripts using Linux, I'd really
appreciate some help.. Attached is the script which works in '95. Have
tried the same "waitfor" and "responses" in Linux, but it sends a ^M where
my username should go.

Have also tried removing the variables, and using directly entered username
and password, in case they are parsed as a different variable name.. Still
the same.

Any ideas?
