You downloaded the RH 6 versions: they are built against glbc 2.1

You need the ones from the RH 5.2 updates tree:
ftp://updates.redhat.com/5.2/i386/XFree86-SVGA-3.3.3.1-1.1.i386.rpm and 
any others from the same batch that you've actually installed:
rpm -qa | grep -i xfree
to see.
