refers to the sender, or, to the "modem56" receiving part.

Whilst the message sent to the "hotline" may not explicitly so state, the 80

The message, as posted, follows the Internet header.

Could you please determine the origin of the mail, and take appropriate
action against the sender, and advise of the action.

It has been posted on the mailing list, that the message originated from
one.tel, and obviously, the attitude to one.tel is not good at present.
