On the other hand, when I was in Highschool, I got passed the "Terrorist's
Handbook" on floppy (just like certain shareware and commercial programs
were being passed around) way before I'd even heard of the 'net.  But the
'net is blamed for making it easier for kids to get access to this sort of
material.  If kids want it, they will find it.
