It seems one of the mistakes the Government, the ABA and others
are making is equating the internet with film or TV. It's not.

The internet is closer to the post. As such they are really
advocating the equivalent of Australia Post intercepting all of 
your mail to determine if a) it's going to an unapproved address
or b) it contains illegal content.
