Bret, Ghostview is a separate program to Ghostscript but uses Ghostscript to generate the output that is then displayed by Ghostview. GV is a similar and better program. There's also a package called Magicfilter or something which actually sets up the link from /etc/printcap to use Ghostscript to generate output for your printer. Cheers, Colin
