Y2K and government IT (was RE: [plug] Linux isn't there yet)

I'm not aware of it being our policy, but then I'm only a lowlife as far as
IT is concerned.  We have a tighter budget for next year but I'd be very
surprised if we didn't roll out some new NT servers for country offices in
the first quarter of the new financial year.
