[plug] missing something... build problem

Ok, this is very odd. I've installed libglib/gtk1.2.3-dev, I'm still missing
the header file. Not fun! :/

The file is glibconfig.h, if that is any help. I need it to compile irssi
(the version I have is fantastic, but buggy), and gtk-engines.
