Right, so from the sat box, you want a default route with a gateway of
202.61.188.1 (linux box eth1:0) so the packets have a source address of
202.61.188.188.30 - then on the linux box you want to first of all add a
network route (because it's not there) for 202.61.188.0/27 on eth1:0, so
that it knows where to find the sat box, and a default route to 24.192.x.x
(whatever your gateway at Telstra is)
then, when you ping an external site from the sat box, packets should
travel via eth0 to eth1:0 on the linux box, and from there via eth0 to
Telstra - from there they should come back via the satellite.
