Are you wanting to filter mail or web traffic.  NetNanny and CyberPatrol do
web-traffic but you ask for something for a Mail Server.

If web-traffic is what you are wanting to filter there is a GPL product
called SquidGuard that uses Squid's redirector capability.  It seems fairly
good.  It also allows different filter settings based on client IP address
or user name.  Go the the url below.
