Those are obsolete with sendmail 8.9

Multidrop's for virtual domains (michaelhunt.usa.net) folded into a
mailbox (Michael.J.Hunt at usa.net).

The fetchmail docs are quite good; if you have any remaining problems the
best thing's to enrol yourself in the fetchmail-friends list. Do read the
FAQ - if you ask a question that's answered there, ESR will be quite terse
and refer you to the FAQ number.

fetchmail hands incoming mail to your local smtp service; if the account
does not exist, sendmail will generate a bounce. Consider, instead,
delivering incoming mail to a single account and using procmail filters to
sort it out.
