[plug] trouble compiling zip drive support

just to let the list know about the problem with my zip drive.

upon advice i downloaded the latest kernel files (2.2.12-20) and upgraded them
and first shot at making a new kernel it worked.

still dont know what was wrong with the 2.2.5-15 kernel config that prevented
my zip drive from being found during installation or recompile
