Okay, let me just get this straight:  vmware WILL run okay with only 64mb of 
ram if you want to run win95, but will not run well with so little ram for 
winNT?

How descriptive!
64MB is plenty, for a 32MB VM. ie ok for win95 but not NT.
Christopher's problem, as has been pointed out is that he didnt RTFM.
