[plug] Linux Job available

This is with a small Perth company, providing internet access to
businesses. They need a Linux sysadmin with ISP experience.
  So would need Perl, tcp/ip, Linux/Unix skills, ...
Oracle and website development would be an advantage.

Are such skills in terribly short supply? Any suggestions welcome.
And what level of salary might be expected?
They have a couple of people with Unix experience, but no experts.
I will get some more details if anyone is interested.
