I got a 5MB Word 8 document in my email from an asian hardware
manufacturer. Everything I had (StarOffice, mswordview) choked on it, so
I stringsed the text out of it and replied to what i could see in that
(no images, natch).

He said, sorry no pictures, and has just sent me a 6MB GIF of the
brochure, plus a 14(!)MB PDF. No wonder service was slow today...
