[plug] HELP

when I connect to the internet nothing else works unless I have opened it
previously. I cant even open a terminal to exit I have to hit the reset switch.
 
Is this new? When did it start happening? What did you do/change before
that?
I didnt change anything and yes its new, I just had to reboot 3 times just get
the email to work, I would click on anything and nothing would work.
whats next?
Ive done the account myk and passwd is mykis1n
