I don't speak from experience...
IBM and I think Compaq both support Linux on their servers. If you want a 
Name, either would be a good choice.

Moncreif (Vic Park) sells IBM gear; ComputerCorp sells Compaq. Both have 
other brands; I expect they can advise.

At the other extreme, I notice that Austin Computers have a dual 
CPU-capable M/b in its catalogue. Presumably it can put together a 
(cheaper) box to do the job. I doubt whether anyone there actually know 
anything about Linux though - you may need to vet the actual hardware - 
SVGA, sound (if you want it), SCSI etc.
