I had in my hot little hand only two weeks ago a Stallion 4 port PCI
serial card that I was attempting to put in a Win95 box. As I was
flicking thru the doco I found that they support linux and also
provide good instructions for installation.

Details are available from
http://www.stallion.com.au/html/products/easyio.html

This also comes in an 8 port version.
