[plug] Headless operations

I have a small (3) node network.  One NT4.0 , one RH62, and one Solaris7
box.
I want to make the Solaris box a "headless" unit.  Does anyone know how this
is done?
When I remove the monitor now, I will not boot properly.  I cannot telnet or
rlogin from the other boxes.
I want to keep the Sun box on Solaris, because I am tryin g to learn how to
network Linux to many other operating systems.
