Probably a CMOS setting - Halt on Errors : FDD|Video|KB|Nothing .. etc.
Run the config at boot time when it says 'press X now to enter setup' or
something similar (F1, delete, F10, F12, Ctrl-Esc - I've seen all these
options, so it depends on your BIOS/CMOS vendor and version) and look for
this, set it to halt on nothing (or 'No Errors' or something similar).
