People use the reply-to address for all sorts of reasons (some are
compelling reasons, sometimes it is because of ignorance). Modifying
PLUG mailing list behaviour is well down on this list of reasons.

If I want to communicate with members of this list independent of
the list, I will organise that! I think _all_ replies should default
to the PLUG list! If you want to augment the recipient list, then
you can, but the way it is now, every single user of this list has
to modify the recip list to get the reply back into PLUG and that
sucks big time!

I think the current setup is really shitty and should be changed!
