Point out to them (in a polite way but with an threatening subtext)
that if the copyright owner/s were to find out of the violation, and
if they were to go to the FSF which has many pro-bono lawyers itching
to make a precedent, the company could be sued for breaching the
licence, and an account of profits could be sought (requiring the
company to disgorge all the money it has made from the GPL'd
software).
