I think this has worked.  Thanks.  The reason I only think it has worked is 
because squid has cached the wrong page from my previous attempts.  A 
direct connection now shows the correct pages, however.

I tried this solution before but because of the squid cache thought it 
hadn't worked.  Thanks.
