This is some of the legal gibberish that is included with the 
agreement :

"The use of a Local Area Network (LAN) for personal use is 
permitted. The Optus at Home residential service includes personal 
Webspace for publishing personal web pages. Examples of 
prohibited use include, but are not limited to, providing network 
services for email, http, ftp, irc, dhcp, or multi-user interactive 
forums."

Does this mean that Optus cable users are not allowed to setup a 
ftp server at home. Sorry, for my lack of english comprehension.
