ie. it would appear that you could legitimately set up a gateway machine,
masquerading for computers sitting on a home-based Local Area Network

ie. you have been allocated disk-space on an Optus at Home machine to publish
HTML to the world

ie it appears you are *not* permitted to set up your own Web server, FTP
server, IRC server etc etc to service the "network". Presumably the "network"
they refer to is the Internet, but you may like to clarify this with
Optus at Home.
