The ad is a clear case of fantasy.  The ops talk too long to their 
customers and are way too pleasant to be real Telstra ops.  They're 
probably actors although they could be the ops that have been transferred 
away from the phones into middle-management.  That's why they're so cheerful.

And remember, when you hit your brother again, hit yourself as well.  You 
still own one twenty millionth of fifty-one percent of Telstra =).
