to know to whom the mail was sent, you will need a header added by your
mailbox host, e.g. powerstech.com .  Nothing else can be relied on.
   On Unix boxes, this is normally a "Received:" header. That will tell
who the mail was addressed to, and you should ignore everything else.
   Note that your local host may add its own "Received:" header in the
POP client, and again on delivery. So you will need to select the correct
"Received:".

  Who uses "X-Envelope-To" ? I have rarely seen it. I suspect it is
archaic.
