[plug] Software Recommendations

Hi plug list,

I am hoping that someone on the list can recommend (either Open Source
or commercial) a good Anti Virus package for a Linux mailing list
server. Advantages and disadvantages of the software is also appreciated
if at all possible.

I will also soon have a requirement to install a Online Help Desk/ Bug
tracking system for one of our departments. Also grateful for any
recommendations on these packages as well.
