[plug] SCSI OPCODE 0x19

Recently I noticed lots of errors in the logs for SCSI timeouts et al
[Using a DPT raid controller and 3x36Gb disks + SCSI tape]. Searching
the archives in different places indicates this is a fairly common
problem. Responses vary from changing cables to different kernel
revisions.

I am just d/l 2.2.18 now. Just wanted to know what the list thoughts
where?
