[plug] webcams

There are a few webcams that will work with the new Video for Linux code
the most available are the Robocam and dynalink's webcam. Both are USB and
will require you to get friendly (but not too friendly) with the latest
2.4.x kernel. You can patch a 2.2.18 kernel but working with thw 2.4.x is
probably easier.
