Hi Darrell,
Just about every part of a computer setup is capable of radiating Radio/TV
interference. The traditional approach to tackling this interference is at
the source, but this tends to be impractical with a Computer etc. However
you could try connecting a 75 ohm or thereabouts resistor across the unused
TV cable socket using the appropriate Belling-Lee type plug, this will not
adversely affect the other TV(s) and may reduce the random RF pickup.
Alternatively try moving your
computer setup around the room whilst monitoring the interference. If all
else fails you may have to construct a Faraday cage out of Chicken wire
(smile)
