What about the book "A Practical Guide to Linux" 1997, by Mark G Sobbell,
published by Addison-Wesley?
Boffins have it at $59.95, with 10% student discount on production of a valid
student card.
I understand that that book is being used as a textbook, to teach UNIX, at a
university in WA.
Perhaps one of the people who know, might be able to give an opinion as to
whether the book is any good for teaching UNIX.
