[plug] Hum causing modem dropout

Hi,
The T200 has a problem where every 15 minuites it uses power from the
phone line to recharge its internal battery (for memory functions). This
causes thmodem to drop the line ;-)
Try to get a T200R instead, as it is fixed in that version :-)
