I think it also has a lot to do with the fact the list is now on
smartlist, not majordomo.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think majordomo goes through it's list of
subscribers one at a time, which means those near the top of the list
weren't seeing much lag, as opposed to those down the bottom of the list.
Smartlist parallelises this operation a lot more.

I'm just glad everything seems to be working properly. :)
