[plug] IP Forwarding

I have just setup a Linux system using Redhat 6.2, this system is used as a
gateway to the internet, i have 32 IP addresses assigned by Telstra, each
client has its own IP and can see the server but cannot see beyond the
server, i have had this working before where each machine had complete
access to the internet, im not sure what i have done rong, can someone point
me in the right direction.  I can no longer seem to get IP forwarding to
work ???
