[plug] re: subscription

I need to try something, as I am still getting double e-mail from my
subscriptions (PLUG, NOVELL, etc) I want to unsubscribe and re subscribe.
Seems there is a problem unsubscribing from Plug.  Anyone have any info on
how to unsubscribe?
