[plug] Cannot rlogin

What error do you get on the client side?
Are you able to view the errors on the server side?

I'd say most likely your reverse DNS no longer matches your forward DNS so
the PARANOID setting in hosts.deny is denying access, but with a little
more detail from you I might be able to tell you exactly what's wrong.
