[plug] Cannot rlogin

All of a sudden I cannot "rlogin" to a box I could last week.  I cannot telnet either, but I can ping it and I can access files that I cross mounted between two machines.
I have not touched the ~/.rhosts file.


What else can prevent a "rlogin or rsh" from happening.
I am not running ssh, just running whatever came with MDK 7.2
