[plug] Does Telstra Set Speeds for there Exchanges?

Well - my exchange is a AXE Digital exchange, with a RIM chucked in between the exchange and my estate. So I only get 28800 bps :(

  Has anyone heard of Telstra setting a speed on there Exchanges?

  I have just had a customer tell me that the exchange that they are using is set at 4800bps they were told this by the Telstra guy who came out to check there line and now I have 2 other customers in a different area having the same trouble

  So has anyone seen this before ?
