[plug] TCP Sniffer

Going a little off topic (not unusually . .),  what about a sniffer that
specifically looks for retransmissions.  I want to keep track of what
conversations are having difficulties - a sign of high bit-error-rate among
other things.  I don't think tcpdump shows that.

BTW, tcpdump does go spacko (makes messy messages) if you have your DNS
server ill-defined.  You should turn off its default of trying to put names
to ip numbers in this case.
