[plug] "Whiteboard" app?

Does anyone know of a good (or any) Linux "whiteboard" app? ie; a scratch-pad
for throwing down ideas, similar to ye non-computer whiteboard. 
Preferrably something to allow collaboration/sharing between several systems. 
Preferrably with both text and free-hand drawing capabilities.

I've had a quick Freshmeat look, but nothing grabbed me.
