As Christian mentioned, ftp.au.kernel.org will have it, or if you're
connected to the WAIX, ftp.uwa.edu.au would be closer & faster.

I also strongly suggest you read some documentation on building &
installing kernels (such as the Kernel HOWTO) before you do so, because
it's not an easy thing to the uninitiated.
