yup, but its backwards compatible I think
I probably wouldnt use 2.4 in a server just yet.... give it a little
while.... I know of quite a few installations of kernel 2.0 (or less!) for
servers, esp. firewalls.

Yes, 7.0 came with the 2.2.16 kernel.
2.4.x changes the whole ipchains thing again, doesn't it?
